This is the twist to our original fill-it-out-yourself announcement disc (which can be found here: https://www.threepeakscreations.com/product-page/customizable-birth-announcement ) This disc is fully engraved and customized. 

All discs come with "Hello World" engraved on the top. If you'd like a more specific look, please inquire via Email or in the comment section.
