THERE IS CURRENTLY a 3-4 WEEK TURNAROUND ON CUSTOM ORDERS. Thank you for your patience and for continuing to support our small business!

Letter mail is sent at the buyer's risk and does not come with a tracking number or insurance. 
Bulkier items will be expedited, meaning they come with tracking and insurance. 
You will have the option at check out to upgrade to expedited shipping if you so wish to do so. 

There is a 1-2 week turnaround on orders placed. Custom orders will take more time. Shipping times vary but will be calculated via Canada Post's website. All packages are sent via Canada Post. 

There are options for local pick up (Bridesville or Osoyoos) and delivery if you are in the Osoyoos to Bridesville regions. 
If you live in the Okanagan, we can arrange to drop off/local pick-up if we are driving through the region. Email us at the button below to arrange to pick up/delivery BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. Please note, if you choose this option, delivery times will vary and depend on how often we drive up through your hometown.

 

We should be able to ship anywhere in the world as shipping costs are covered by the customer – if you have any questions please contact us through this fancy button below.

The bottom line is that we want you to be happy! We strive to deliver excellent customer service. However, we need to be in direct communication with you in order to provide you with the customer service that you deserve. If we made a mistake with your order, we will always amend it- we need you to contact us directly at gcharphil@gmail.com. Three Peaks Creations strives for customer service excellence. Please contact us right away if there has been an error or mistake on our part. 


Because our products are highly customizable, and because we offer so many different options, we highly recommend contacting us before you order if you have any questions at all. We do NOT REFUND OR REPLACE FOR REMORSE REGARDING OPTIONS/CHOICES.
